So you're suggesting everything that occurs in this Utopian society which I may not have gotten my boarding pass to is done above board??? Ummm... no. I'm sure just about anything one can think of happens in our society -- just ask Jerry Springer -- which is precisely why any argument where one claims they "win" because the other side is absolutist (and/or in denial) is accomplishing nothing of substance. But at least Jerry Springer presents (purportedly) real-life examples. Have you got any or have you not advanced past the "err, ummm, there must be some if one looks hard enough" stage? - Jeff

Do you think that stocks that you have owned and that have been bashed and shorted (if you own any) have been done so below board? In other words, do you believe that some of your investments have gone bad due to bashing? If you don't want to answer, I will understand. Bill

I think you're on to something, but watch the naysayers claim you're imagining it all, because, after all, they, their friends, their associates, their researchers, their associates of associates, etc., etc., etc., etc., are never paid LOL.. We saw in the trial front running. It's the same thing they claim paid touts do. Further those who spam message boards to "create volume" so that they can cover are doing the same thing they accuse touts of doing. Hedge funds had people in the A@P private room. Yet the claim is that they didn't work together? Give me a break. They were just "observing." and nobody destroyed logs either. ROFLMAO.
