When you get the expected good margins, the clowns will find something somewhere and far less material which they do not like. And then they will blow the negative 100 times out of proportion. Remember Crammer loves INTC now, but hated it 2 days ago. Do you need any other signals?

Tech has taken a big beating the past few months. We had outflows from tech funds for about 1 1/2 years.
Magnifying the negative and the stock dropping just meant there were too many weak hands in the stock/sector....also note also that tech funds had outflows for about 1 1/2 years (almost every week!).

I am optimistic that we get that big pop. Maybe as "GVTucker" just said it might just turn out to be a selling opportunity...a 10% pop--I would be happy with it.<g>

Would also note that there was a 20% increase in Intel short interest from mid Feb to mid March.

Intel CFO to be on Cramer's show today. Cramer is long Intel but bearish on just about all other tech stocks. I think he is just too bearish and in this case a good contrarian indicator for the Nasdaq, especially semis (my favs).
Semis are the best tech sector right now and intel is probably one of the best stocks...basically a monopoly that does not meet the definition of one.<g>

We shall see.
