Tonto... are you drinking too much or something???????

For EXAMPLE: I've supported the concept of privatizing Social Security ever since around 1973... but that DOESN'T MEAN that I INVENTED the concept... nor that I'm claiming credit for it... nor that I know who the first person in the entire world to ever suggest it was... it merely means that I've spent some time thinking about the idea, heard many, many people talk about it over the years also... and that I've reached a *personal opinion* in the matter.

Same with the concept of retiring our antiquated shuttle fleet (expediting development of a follow-on)... a policy position I've held for many, many years (along with lots of other people too, I hope). Along the way, I've read many, many magazine articles about the woes of our shuttle system, news items, policy papers, media coverage, etc.

The concept of making a national GOAL out of factor of 10 improvement in the cargo-to-orbit costs of the first follow-on system, followed by a similar goal for the next replacement system is simple common sense, IMO, and a *goal* that I've personally believed for many years is manifestly in our national interests.

If someone out there 'invented' the concept of 'improvement by factor of 10' then MORE POWER TO 'EM (&, I'm on their side in this particular policy case), but I never claimed OWNERSHIP of the idea --- same as I have never said I 'invented' the concept of privatizing Social Security --- I merely said that I believed that these things were in in our national interests...

I do.

Those are two of my opinions.

... But, CLEARLY, you either are very dense and have no concept what 'plagiarism' is, or you don't bother to actually read what people are saying... instead you spend all your time frothing over what you've IMAGINED people said.

NOT WHAT THEY'VE ACTUALLY SAID.

Whatever you've got... I hope it's treatable.
