Cap spending increase for 65nm? I would think that intel got enough capacity not rush....

Most likely a sign that Intel will be ramping 65nm faster than originally planned.

AMD sure can't stand still. But, you got to believe that Intel showed Dreamworks their product roadmap for the next three years, and, yet, it lost out to AMD. So, for the next three years (the terms of the deal), Dreamworks does not believe that they would be at a competitive disadvantage by going with AMD.
