Tim, Among the reasons the poor who have government-provided health care might be happy with the medical care they receive is that they often receive a quality of care and attention usually thought reserved for royalty or heads of state. Why is this, you might ask? Well, generally speaking those who are on the public dole tend to be the most demanding on the system and on medical personnel and--drum roll--tend to be the first to initiate malpractice suits. - Holly
