Yah, I watched the level2 on his free eadirect software, I have been long XOM and short GOOG (up 11 bucks btw hehe) for awhile now - but long term - non of this daytrade stuff - used to do the daytrade stuff many many years ago with kimberly and friends and tokyo joe and made money and lost listening to riley G and RMIL and just didn't have the time anymore - they have lots of new bells and whistles on this new software. I don't know Slagle, I don't see vanguard or the others dumping this in the future - they want a good solid company that pays a fair dividend - imagine the capital gains they would incur for thier mutual fund customers if they sold this thing that has probably been a very long hold for them - even though it may go down some, I don't see the big institutional guys dumping it any time soon - there are more volatile stocks with less strong holders to make profit on - this aint it - what do you think? But fundamentally housing is doomed no? I guess a good short stock for quick moves - few months or less with 20% or more in gains would be ones that big mutual funds don't hold - but then phil mentioned TASR today and lots of big guys lost thier customers asses on that one. If you believe his talk about them pumping a stock to dump it - they will have to inflate TASR with maria botoromo so they can get out. So maybe its a good long here?
