Hear what? Murder is only legal with the consent of the mother?

Well its certainly illegal without her consent! As I've written, the determination of what to do with the fetus insider her is hers, not yours, not mine, hers.

And, in a different but similar vein, what would the law say if you got into a fight with a pregnant woman, knocked her down, and as a result she miscarried? Are you guilty of murder, manslaughter, or nothing?

And let me point out that the murder was without the consent of the mother........it was an unlawful invasion of her right to privacy and her right to control her own body. Therefore it is not the equivalent of abortion.

Hear that Steve and Ten?

As long as the fetus is part of her body, its her call. Now if helps you, think of the fetus as a tumor. You wouldn't tell a woman she can not have a tumor removed, would you? I hope not......otherwise, I would have to consider you more off than I already do. Where did you say Jesus lived? ;~)
