"I was referring to the Hubbert's Peak concept as it applies to natural gas in North America. That peak appears to have been reached in 2003"

Sorry, my mistake.

I know there are many estimates -- some say gas peak will be "5 to 10 years after oil peak". No one knows for sure.

Out of curiousity, do you have a source for your estimate?

Do you share the view that once it peaks, natural gas disappears much faster than oil after its peak? Gas being a vapor, unlike oil it doesn't stick to the side of wells.
