Straight burger is ground trimmings. You can buy ground chuck or round steaks. My neighbor used to get his custom ground with ZERO fat. He also used to cook them until it was like eating a hockey puck on a bun.

now that just grossed me out. :) gosh, but i love a burger. i don't know what the attraction is. they also do a steak there in a blend of seasonings that sounds very good.

i was in Austin spending time with my eldest sister after her most recent hospital stay. She is on an insulin pump now. you'd think they'd make talking ones for blind people, but no. so it's an adventure. :) even with the pump, her blood sugar is all over the place.
