Just a moment now: You say that murder of the mother would also be murder of the fetus because it usually cannot survive without the mother, right? Yes, in some states but not all states. Thus you do agree that a fetus can be murdered, at least indirectly (collateral damage, eh?). Assuming you having said that a fetus can be murdered, how do you distinguish between the termination of the fetus by abortion only (not murder) or by other means (murder) like above? A fetus killed by action of a human thus sometimes is murder (you get the needle) and sometimes is abortion only (lawful), all according to the circumstances, right? Yes, when the mother does not give her permission, its murder. After all, its her body. ;~) ted
