Bush and the White House were not a party to the AP's lawsuit. The AP sued the Pentagon because it didn't comply within the 20 days allotted. The Pentagon claimed the records sought by the AP were in Texas, not in the Pentagon archives.

As I recall, the WH supported the AP's position and disciplined some folks responsible for not complying with the release of records in a timely manner. My link shows that all his records were ultimately released.

Again, you have no point to make.
