You're being silly. They show nothing of the sort. They simply show constraint. Constraint need not = bad yields when demand is high. If you really wanted to present a case you'd try to show what the capacity actually is (you haven't) and then show how it is theoretically greater than the outgoing volume. You haven't even made a feeble attempt at it. That would be the way to make your case. You can not claim bad yields by proclamation and expect to be taken seriously.

Re to your remark: Where have I claimed or implied that [Intel might make a profit on flash]? Retorical question. Try again.
