Also reminds me of the Godfather III. Pope Rat may surprise us, but he looks shady.

The Catholic church needs reform. This Pope probably won't do anything about it.

Unless birth control is used by third world catholics, the population explosion's going to be even worse. This will lead to more environmental devastation and more wars. Some of those countries are already so overpopulated. Simple harmless birth control could help alleviate some of the problems.

Most catholics are disappointed with the choice of this pope. I saw a poll that 70% or so want reform on the birth control and divorce issues in particular.
