Bruno, if the Economist story on Adobe is correct, then we can expect lots and lots of USB drives, allowing people and government officials to interact with far more efficiency than they do today. Belgium is a good place to try this out. The U.S. would be disappointing, given the simply horrendous inefficiencies that occur particularly in state and local governments. Still, anything is worth a try.
