The real reason that the FMSM can continue to attack Tom DeLay is that Democrats on the House Ethic Committee refuse to meet. They refuse to meet so that they can avoid acting on Democrat Jim McDermott's conviction for illegally releasing the taped conversation of Newt Ginrich.
