Pair A Dice was on Decatur I think the street consisted of mostly ancient warehouses converted into questionable bars and what not a very shady part of the quarter, at the time, given over to the seamen crowd psssst, I lived on Esplanade just walked it down to the wharfs actually the entire quarter was filled with the most eccentric characters........

In an interview to air this weekend, the U2 front man says he is upset by Martin’s refusal to meet a long-stated standard for foreign aid increases. Speaking from Vancouver, Bono said he “can't believe that Paul Martin would want to hold up history.” The prime minister has said he won’t commit to spending 0.7 per cent of gross domestic product on foreign aid by the year 2015.
