I'm seeing the same thing in the South Florida feeding frenzy. Amazing to look at so many dark units a year or more after CO'd and only a handful are for sale in MLS. Just amazing to have local government in these bubble markets so desperate to support all these high end projects in the singular focus of pumping up tax revenues meanwhile squeezing out what little product of affordable housing was still left. These downtowns are going to be a mess.
