It really should not, since Mr. Market is so oversold. I'm
looking for a rally tomorrow. No, not going long. 95% cash. Not
even long gold, which may be wrong. Sometimes out is the best
option?

See? -g-

I think low volativity has to do with someone putting huge
bids in the futures pit. It surely felt last year like someone
has implemented "alternative policy measures",
discussed at the Fed, such as bidding up SP500 futures.
It still feels like that now, with absolutely HUGE blocks
appearing on the bid out of nowhere, with a regularity of
1 per minute most of the time, with one huge spike of SP futures
buying every 15 minutes, and so on.

Yes, even if this is the
case, Mr. Market can still go down, only it is hard
to determine when it finally decides to do so. The technical
break we had last week looks like a significant reversal of a LT
trend. If the dollar shows upside reversal, I think, the decline
in stocks will resume.

OBV still shows extreme divergence with the rally. Actually,
it's making new lows. I guess, a lot of selling into the Fed's
futures ramp?
