Dave, Say hey!! Dave, you just penned the best answer I've ever received from a person or organization in all of the endless hardware vs. software vs. ISP vs. phone company vs The Fates debate that we've all participated in for varying lengths of time! (About '94 for me.) Thank you. I now know: Where the trouble is, That you're working on it, That The Fates are not (this time) trying to eat my lunch again. Instead of ^$#@^&*%, I now think it's you guys and me against some corroded connector...a recalcitrant router...a bit of undercooked potato. Something real, not a buffed up version of the old Thomas Nast cartoon of the Tammany Hall mob, pointing their fingers at each other in a smirking circle. Again, my sincerest thanks. Lee
