Liar. Bush is the biggest corporate welfare booster in history. Only the moderate GOP leaders have stopped him from giving away 500 billion to corporate contributors.

Bush gives 12 billion in direct payoffs to HMO
Bush undertaxes the rich despite record deficits and war.
Bush denies the US any right to negotiate on drug prices
Bush suggests 25 billion in subsidies for big oil and coal having the biggest windfall profits in their history.
Bush alows Halliburton and their like to rip off billions in Iraq.
Bush funds 12 billion for SDI which doesn't work and may never work.
Bush protects millionaires and billionaires in his tax and bankruptcy policies.
Bush slashes veterans health benefits and all help to the middleclass and poor.
Bush allows every pollutor he can to pollute away for free.
Bush gives away millions of acres of public land to contributors to exploit for no charge
etc. etc. etc.

It is an old Socialist ideal. Equality of outcome with unequal inputs. Democrats are very comfortable with Socialism. In fact, Hillary Clinton is a Socialist who is giving speeches attempting to be misidentified as centrist.
