Thanks for the links. I had already found two of them from earlier posts. I bookmarked them all. "So, how's the ankle coming along?" Slow but sure. I can walk with my walker very short distances (like to the bathroom, etc.) Any more causes too much pain. I saw my surgeon last Thursday. He reiterated that my ankle was worse than they expected. They removed the first cast, took out the stitches & put a new cast on. I'll be in the new cast for at least four more weeks. I'll begin rehab then & wear a brace for six more months. What a long strange trip it's been. Tim
