Make sure you use a bold but light color. My cast is a dark blue. When I fell, my right ankle turned more than 90°. That caused my leg to collapse & I went down hard. When I landed, my right foot was firmly planted in my butt. That's when I snapped my patellar tendon on my right knee. Most of my rehab on my knee was 3x per week. I hope I get to go 3x per week for my ankle too, but TWT. It's up to the surgeon. And yes, I'm making the best of it in my recliner. It gets old since I'm a big outdoor enthusiast, but I gotta play the hand I'm dealt. :-)
