Shades, Phil has purged any mention of BUD whatsoever from his website so someone must have called him on it. I believe ole Phil might have a screw or two loose, you think? I heard him this afternoon, once he said he bought it two weeks ago and I believe he said twice that he bought it three weeks ago, but at 45.50. That would be impossible, look at the chart. I still have Phil's website page view from this afternoon in my browser and here is what it says: TEACHING PICKS BOUGHT, BUD 'dog' bought 04/20/05 45.50 C 45.10. Phil saw the Buffet news this morning and couldn't resist "bagging" one, thinking no one would notice. What is he, nuts? Seriously, that stock picking guru racket is bound to be a tough gig. If a guy was really good why would he need to try to bamboozle little guys like me out of $39.95 per month? Just place two or three trades a month and rake in the cash, spend the rest of the time at the beach or wherever. Phil is pretty good though. I have heard him call it right on several things. Did you hear him say today that he told the "gang" to cover YELL day before yesterday? He did make that call just like he said and I did cover and so far that has been a good call. And he has the stockbrokers pegged too.
