I was at my local walmart last night and i checked out the flash memory.....ALL of the SNDK products were completely cleaned out and only LEXR/EK cards were available. The first time I have ever seen SNDK cards at walmart. The SNDK products appeared to be priced about $10 cheaper per form factor than similar LEXR/EK cards. Also, the walmart associate was able to quickly pullup the status of order shipments and indicated that 3 SNDK 1G SD cards would be at the store tomorrow.........BUT ONLY 3!!!!.....this squares with the supply problems of high cap cards.

re: deferred revenues...

If i were SNDK i would defer some revenue to q2.
Next (this) quarter may see a larger decrease in flash prices and (maybe) lower gross margins, so moving some revenues from Q1 to Q2 makes a lot of sense to me....
