Finally, I don’t get people like you. You obviously have thought this through and find the church to be less than perfect. Well at least you don’t believe it is. It is simply another authority in the world that is corrupt. You know it but claim faith in it. I think you misunderstood. I am a 'retired Catholic'. I retired when I realized just how flawed the Church is. My second wife and I were married in the Episcopal Church. You know: all the pageantry of Catholicism with half the guilt... :)
