Depends on the state.

Sorry, didn't mean to suggest that some states wouldn't ban abortion. What I meant is that abortions would still be widely available in the US. Support for banning them is intense but narrow.

Which is why Planned Parenthood and NARAL are attacking pharmacists who refuse to dispense "morning after" pills, trying to get Congress involved.


I didn't realize they were trying to get Congress involved in that. I don't see how that could work for them.
