First session was half an hour...2nd one was 45 minutes.....later today it will be an hour.....He did say I needed to slowly build up, but an hour is max, I believe....I have no idea what 'depth'...he was talking alot of crap I didnt understand...but, I do recall him talking about adjusting..I thought he said pressure, but maybe he said depth...hell, I dont know....Yep, it is a portable unit....actually, looked very simple.

He's right, and I think your a pretty sharp cookie.
I think I'm over the worst of this flu, but my mind is just mush today as I can't focus on anything.

So whats with the pressure therapy? I thought that was for the bends..
