If you spray your yard, use lawn pesticides or garden pesticides, you are seriously increasing the chance you or your family (particularly children who are shorter and play in the grass) will develop cancer. Is that a good trade-off for you? Certainly it is better never to be born than suffer. Animal rights activists believe strongly that all the cows and pigs and chickens who suffer on factory farms, for instance, would be better off never having existed, since they enjoy no quality of life.
