Very interesting reading rrruff, I have been busy responding to an Affidavit filed by the party I am suing which was filed in response to an Order from the court. The party I am suing had the audacity to lie to the court in a sworn affidavit and tried to misdirect the court with false allegation which I handily proved to the court with numerous exhibits. Some of these people have apparently lost touch with reality, as has the defendant in my lawsuit. She has made the same type of false allegations to the court in trying to keep from being sanctioned under Rule 11 as she made about me on the Internet. She is beginning to drown in the abundance of evidence that has been presented against her, yet she offers nothing of substance in her defense. It is a classic pattern followed by a lot of the in denial naked short selling crowd. I hope to set a precedent with my litigation that will open the door and expose the underbelly of the people who are participating in this activity.
