Bush has the ball rolling! This is the first year in very many that real wages have declined in America.

One of the segments on the report said that all janitorial and low waged earners in some plant in Cal. were fired. They were making $ 10.00 an hour. The illegals get $ 5.00 for the same work.

It's what is known as expedient.. or pragmatic.. Although I doubt that the end(outcome ) is visible... NOW.
