What an interesting town Turin must be. I get the feeling that there may be some dog lovers on the council (or maybe just people kept awake by doggy barking, and they figure this is a way to solve it?)

I bet a lot more people have been bitten by lawyers than have been bitten by dogs. Maybe we should walk our lawyers too.
