UN had the protectorate. There were no states in the area at that time. Just the protectorate of Palestine. It was their decision to make. Now ask me if the Dutch wanted NY back would i accept the decision of the World Court, you putz.

Yes, with respect to Texas. That is, if the Mexicans would close off their borders and keep our resident "Texans" locked in. Of course we run the risk that after a few years they'd try to give it back. Ed
