Why should the government legislate more miles per gallon? Let the market figure it out. Good article in Business Week this past issue about hybrid vehicles. They are gaining in power and style. Waiting lists of six months or more for some models. The higher the price at the pump the more demand for these cars. Get the government out of our lives as much as possible. Everyone would be better off. businessweek.com
