You write about your teaching all the time on SI. The question wasn't nearly as personal as much of what you share here on a daily basis. Why so defensive?

i have no interest in your personal life whatsoever...

what i was curious about was how a teacher is able to post online during classroom hours

i had someone working for me (a teacher) for a period of time and during that time we had frequent conversations about her working conditions when she was teaching....i don't recall that she ever told me she had unfettered internet access while she was in class. (of course we are in fly over country, not the more progressive left coast)

it's a legitimate question, one i think any parent would have, whether they be in your particular school district or not

you could just simply address it rather than insist what a teacher does during classroom hours is 'none of your business'

i'm not saying inet access for teachers during class is even necessarily a bad thing, i'm just wondering

any insinuation you are detecting is simply a function of your apparent self- consciousness about the situation
