That quote is incorrect. I left Ben a note, but those final two sentences are not connected in the speech.

Kohn did not say: "Given the widespread press coverage of this issue, from my expectation that people should now be aware of the risks in the real estate market. Complacency would be ill-advised."

When Kohn said "Complacency would be ill-advised," he was talking about the global imbalances, not Real Estate.

Still a very important speech for RE.
