The Fed is about to whip the shorts - they are back to dropping $ from helicopters. 1.2 billion coupon pass. This is the first coupon pass since early December. ny.frb.org If this continues at high pace, the dollar will drop through 80, and gold will soar. So will Mr. Market, at least short term. BWDIK? Longer term, should 81 support be broken, a full-blown dollar crisis will likely to develop, which will trash LT bonds. The Fed is in a cage - slowdown if they don't, and slowdown if they do.
