(2) Sandisk has not been named in the lawsuit and has never received or used trade secrets. [The lawyer in me couldn't help thinking that this disavowal would have been more significant had it been uttered by Eli.] That's a good observation Sam and I agree with you 100% but at the same time, I think, it is completely circumstantial that it happened this way and we didn't get to hear from Eli's mouth. Eli will not be on this earnings call was announced long before the Toshiba-Lexar judgement was passed. -Pam
