Thanks for the update on FAX. I had sold out when there was signs of the USD strengthening a few months ago.

The only thing that scares me about FAX is if you look up their dividend history, it has been declining since inception.

I have played it in the past but that decreasng dividend always makes me wonder if they are paying from Captial gains or worse yet, something else.

That said, I like FAX better than FCO as I just don't see a lot of future in Socialized Europe. High taxation, business limitations and too many social programs puts a severe damper on GDP growth.
