Kerry would have a 50 billion buck alternative fuels and efficiency program by now. This could be paid for by ending the Iraq War a year.

Sad, but maybe a second Bush term is what it takes to wake Americans up, even rightwingers coughing on Bushie fumes and having their kids develop ashthma.
