My mom stood in line 3 hours - got house lot in NICE new development that would be finished in a year north of tampa florida - 1,000 down to reserve it - reserved it - 2 days later new pricing sheet came out for NEW buyers - prices inflated 15K - she said she wanted to sell to somoeone else - developer said you can't do that - you have to forfiet your reservation if you want out and we will resell it. Mom said ok, got her 1K back and walked away - that was about a month ago - prices are up another 10K since then - I tell my mom I love you - big hug mom. Wish I was as rich as her I could just walk away from that kind of money.
