<<<It's inevitable>>

... see, that wasn't so difficult to sense, and then say, was it?

TJ, I have to agree that "inevitable" is what things are. The probability of whatever happens is 1. The trick is knowing what is going to happen. Paradoxically, with our sentient brains we create the reality which has a probability of 1, yet we don't know what it is that we are in the process of creating. We find out later what we have achieved. Weird, but that's life in the fast lane. Inevitably.

PS: I see that we all derived from some Ethiopian bloke and sheila about 50,000 years ago - figured out from mass DNA testing, mitochondria, and Y chromosome tracking. Maoris are basically Taiwanese who went sailing southeastwards not long ago. So it looks as though Taiwan belongs to Maoris and other polynesians rather than China, which was a recent invader. Kiwis better go and defend the Motherland/Fatherland against the newbie interlopers from Beijing [China likes to talk in historical terms, so let's do that - China has a short memory and thinks only in terms of decades and centuries, not millennia like we long-term historians].
