Hey pal, Bush's "CLear Skies" hasn't been passed yet. Clear Skies is the gutting of the Clean Air Act. It hasn't been passed because a few brave moderate senators have caught a whiff of Bush's pollution stinky lobbyist money behind this odious bill and rejected it. But now on Earth Day no less, Bush is trying to push through Clear Skies, a bill which makes air pollution control voluntary and gives pollutors a decade or so to clean up their act. On every environmental level, things have gotten worse under Bush. And quit saying "things have gotten beter since 1980". That's because people with OPPOSITE VIEWS AS BUSH on pollution have been running things. Remember, Bush represents the pollutors, coal and oil industry. Bought and paid for.
