Tradenride, I finally received my proxy yesterday, and it clearly states in Proposal #3: "To approve an amendment to the amended and restated certificate of incorporation, amended to effect a reverse stock split of the company's common stock, whereby each outstanding five shares would be combined and changed into one share of common stock" So why worry about it being increased? What happened to you positive position on this company (MUCL), as in the below post to another thread here on SI? Message 21046316 Shawn
