That's interesting. The average per screen was $27K.

The Enron film is comparable.

However, it appears that last weekend's top grosser averaged about $7,000 per screen. And with incomplete data, "The Interpreter" is grossing $8,200 per screen.

With much wider distribution for the latter two films, I suppose we are compares apple to oranges. But it is interesting to note the per screen disparities.
