"I'm sure it's a convoluted mess." Yeah... it's probably the worst proposed constitution in the history of the world. It's so long and full of bureaucratic-speak that no one knows what the Hell is really in it. It's going down in flames, and that's very much for the good. "There are advocates of rewriting the US constitution." LOL! (I could see adding a balanced budget amendment --- I'm sure the federal bureaucracy has grown far larger then the founding fathers EVER imagined was possible --- but that would be just a 'tweak' for that fine document, albeit much needed.)
