That failed army bridge has been known about for the best part of a decade. It's just the fine details on exactly what the army did wrong that has been recently disclosed. Bob Moodie is a dinkum Good Bloke. More criminality by government officials - one should never be surprised by that.

The farmers involved were falsely blamed and impoverished by another government department [OSH] for the army's useless bridge building effort.
