I don't know how San Diego real estate is doing, other than what the Sunday paper is reporting. Pace seems slower than last year but there are no signs of collapse.

The inventory of high priced high rise condos downtown is staggering. There is also an unknown but probably huge number of apartment units in the process of being converted to condos.

I can only conclude that even if the market does not tank here, there are little force to make it go up.
