The greedy scum-sucking bandits. They should sell a big pipe and leave people to download anything they want.

Their obsession is to "control" subscribers. It's olde-style monopolistic telecom "thinking".

The consolation is that there is competition and such control-freaks will eventually lose their shirts and they will have to get real jobs and lose the value in their retirement stock options, working until they are 80 [if they live that long]. Good job!
