The alternative is living in a place where you like your neighbors. I like my neighbors where I've lived for the past 17 years and I've found that people who I don't like seem to move on quickly. That's a community. I've always been a big believer in "birds of a feather flock together". People within the context of their community and you know who you're dealing with. Their community is your reference vouching for them - or not. People who live in a place that isn't a community, is a town of strangers. .
