Well, if you keep your poop-pail with you at all times, that'll spare the shrubbery.

OTOH, I wonder what the CDC, HSA, NTSB and other federal agencies, not to mention local health officials, would say about millions of parents carrying around poop-pails. Biohazardous materials being carried around in public places or on airplanes? And think of all the frantic emergency lane changes on the highways as parents try to get to the shoulder when they get the "signal" their child in the booster seat needs to use the poop-pail, not to mention all the accidents caused by having to constantly monitor the rear-view mirror for those signals.

I just checked the CA Penal Code. I believe it would be legal if the parents ducked into an adult entertainment establishment. However, I suggest consulting our thread attorney before trying it.
